15.12.2003· Arter and Heald both made that type of rotary surface grinder. Both are top quality Amercan Machine Tools. Sadly, many on the used market are Junk. The newer semi automated ones seem to fetch a good price, probably because they are out of prodction and are needed in some specialty grinding operations.
